Shipping Rates
Most items are shipped from our New Braunfels warehouse to arrive within 7 business days of receipt of the order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail.

Please note that some of this hand made products are made to order and may take longer to ship. In some cases items ordered together may not arrive in the same package. Orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states are delivered by Parcel Post at our regular shipping charges according to your order total, or may be shipped expedited for an additional charge as described below.

Since furniture and oversized items are large and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these items have a delivery surcharge, this charge is listed in parentheses along with the product pricing and description on our web site and catalog.

2nd Day Air Shipments are available for an additional $15.00 per address.

Return Policy
We are proud of all the workmanship done by the skillful artisans that make up the PAYNANI collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase.

If any product fails to meet your expectations for any reason, it may be returned for replacement, refund, or credit. Returns within 30 days of receipt are exchanged or the purchase price is refunded. Returns occurring after 30 days are exchanged for the same product, or a credit is issued for another purchase.

You can return the merchandise for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes all of your information:
